Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

FluxDock is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered.” If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation.
