Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Locations

FluxDock currently ships to:

Canada (all provinces & territories)

We do not ship internationally at this time

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the product and supplier:

Domestic Inventory (MobileSentrix)

Most items ship from Canada and arrive within:

2–5 business days (standard shipping)
1–3 business days (express shipping, when available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

destination
product weight
supplier location
chosen shipping method

FluxDock may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist with a carrier investigation. FluxDock is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. FluxDock is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update the address.

Customs & Duties

Domestic Canadian orders typically do not incur duties. Imported Qi2 products may be subject to customs processing. FluxDock is not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. We will provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
